Kim Kardashian’s bottom

   Posted by: Inflate123    in Etc

I don’t really follow the celebrity thing; I don’t watch reality shows of people who are famous for being famous. But you can’t really ignore it, and sooner or later you find yourself aware of someone — like, say, Kim Kardashian — whose name you know but whose fame you cannot explain.

I had heard her name enough that I finally searched online and found that she has a whopping great posterior. In every sense of the word. Read the rest of this entry »

Two new stories

   Posted by: Inflate123    in Etc

Well, one story I can claim as my own now that the Prose That Blows 500 contest is over, and one that I wrote and then decided not to enter. They are The Problem, which was written first and not submitted, and Room 12, which won the coveted “Sexiest Story” and “Character You’d Like To Fuck” awards. The stories were submitted anonymously, but the appearance of a clever, voluptuous redhead was apparently a dead giveaway — everybody said they knew Room 12 was my work. So when you take that into account, I’m extra glad I won, even though people knew it was mine! So hopefully you’ll enjoy both tiny tales.

I’m also happy to say that PBallooned has sent me some illustrations for the AT version of Little Red Riding Hood, and I am hoping to put those together for release this week. Also, Goldilocks is done, but I’m holding it so it will appear in an art format as well as straight text; that’s on the horizon, but I’m working with an artist in the community and I am not in any rush. When they have time, it’ll get done and released.

Vote on the Prose that Blows 500!

   Posted by: Inflate123    in Etc

Carnatic’s Prose that Blows 500 short-inflation-story contest has concluded — now the judging is underway. Thirteen stories made it in before the deadline, and you can read them all here. The authors’ real names are hidden until after the judging is over. Once you check out all the tiny tales, consider your favorites in ten categories:

- Best Story
- Best Character
- Best Expansion Description
- Sexiest Story
- Best Method of Expansion
- Character you’d like to fuck
- Most epic plot crammed into the limited space
- Stephen King award for most disturbing story
- Best use of tension
- Most believable expandee reaction

Made up your mind? Vote here! You only have until July 10.

I am really glad that this had such a strong turnout. It was a great creative challenge for the writers (it was for me, anyway) and it generated some new content for the community. I hope we get to do something like it again soon.
